Renewable power projects reduced costs for the population attended. Before that, families spent 50 reais a week with diesel fuel. Now, with photovoltaic modules, there are no more costs.
The initiative caused a significant improvement in the quality of life of the whole community. Power became a vital enabler in several aspects of life of these people, fostering leisure, enabling the use of essential household appliances, and providing comfort and safety.
Before that, power outage prevented the use of refrigerator store foods, leading to food unavailability. With solar power, now these communities can store foods, increasing their availability and quality.
As they supply power to the population, our projects the creation of jobs and businesses, strengthening local economy and financial independence of such people.

The project serves the andiroba oil processing unit in the Uacari Sustainable Development Reserve (RDS Uacari), located in the municipality of Caruari, in the state of Amazonas, Brazil.
